Fake News Guilt, Robot Chicken, and Hands the sequel.

IMPORT-

I feel bad lately cuz i've just been erasing the Daily Show and Colbert that my DVR so faithfully records. I just don't have the time to watch everything I guess. I mean I still have one episode of SNL season one to watch, and ive had it for 18 months already. Plus a Paul Newman movie from the box set, and STRANGER THAN FICTION that i just bought. The fall is going to be tough trying to select what of the new shows to watch, and worse which to watch regularily. The OFFICE, 30 ROCK,SCRUBS,ITS ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA, AND LOST are my not miss shows. I fell off the CHUCK train, to which I want to get back on however, and I never got a chance to watch PUSHING DAISIES. WORST WEEK from CBS is a new one I want to watch, I actually auditioned for the lead role, and have a semi connection with the creator.

I didn't really watch too much yesterday, watched some of the talk shows, and stopped halfway through a ROBOT CHICKEN. I've watched them on dvd and enjoyed some, but I think just the heavy pop culture stuff without a lot of good jokes kind of bores me. The Star Wars Robot Chicken is one I'm looking forward to on Netflix however.

EXPORT

Rostered the upcoming short ideas I have trying to figure out which are the most ready to go. A Batman satire, Harris and Hamlin, Sexy Oatmeal, beating up a baby are just some of the ideas. Also had our second HANDS show tonight at Donny's Sky Box. We tried some sketches out, 3 in fact, and they went pretty well for the first time being up. Some of the them didnt hit the nail on the head and need to be shortened, but got good response. Then we did about 15 minutes of improv. A step in the right direction.
